摘　　要：近年来,极端气候、环境灾害频频发生,民众环保意识不断觉醒,“应对能源危机、治理环境问题”已经成为全世界的共识。然而,新冠疫情的跌宕反复和日益紧张的国际形势为全球环境治理带来了新的挑战。为此,对一些较有影响力的国家进行减排政策的调研,从而为中国重点行业的能源转型和减排提供建议。In recent years,extreme weather and environmental disasters have occurred frequently,and people’s awareness of environmental protection has been constantly awakened."Dealing with the energy crisis and managing environmental problems"has become a worldwide consensus.However,the ups and downs of COVID-19 pandemic and the increasingly tense international situation have brought new challenges to global environmental governance.For this reason,some influential countries’emission reduction policies had been investigated,so as to provide suggestions for energy transformation and emission reduction of key industries in China.
