摘　　要：通过在徐州市建筑项目基坑疏干取排水工程中,对区域内地下水水资源费及污水处理费征收工作的实践,简要介绍实施特殊行业水资源费征收的原因、背景、必要性等情况。详细论述规费征收的政策依据与措施,同时针对该项规费征收工作的难点和重点予以分析,并基于实践中的探索,总结了安全性好、征缴率高、征缴额高且执行效果较好的征收方法与措施,以供类似工程项目参考。Based on the practice of the collection of water resources charges and sewage treatment fees in the area in the foundation pit drainage and water intake and drainage project of Xuzhou construction project,this paper introduces briefly the reasons,background and necessity of the collection of water resources fees in special industries.This paper discusses in detail the legal policy basis and measures of the collection of fees,and analyzes the difficulties and emphases of the collection of fees.Based on practical experience,the collection methods and measures with good security,high collection rate,high collection amount and good execution effect are summarized to provide a reference for similar engineering projects.
