摘  要:连续带式输送机的标准延伸机身架通常随着盾构/TBM的推进逐步延长,为解决长距离连续输送机中机身架数量的增加导致投入成本大幅增长的问题,在分析延伸机架组成及结构形式的基础上,提出延伸机身架的选型计算方法,给出纵梁及上托辊架的最大挠度精确解析解,利用有限元对模型计算结果进行验证,理论计算挠度与有限元结果吻合较好,算例结果表明,该公式形式简单,计算便捷,可为类似项目的选型设计提供依据。The standard extended fuselage frame of continuous belt conveyor is usually gradually extended with the advance of shield machine/TBM.To solve the problem that the increase of the number of fuselage frames in long distance continuous conveyor leads to a substantial increase in the investment cost,based on the analysis of the composition and structure of the extension frame,the calculation method for the selection of the extension frame is proposed,and the exact analytical solution for the maximum deflection of the longitudinal beam and the upper idler frame is given,which is useful for the finite element to verify the model calculation results.The theoretical calculated deflection is in good agreement with the finite element results.The example results show that the formula is simple in form and convenient in calculation,which can provide a basis for the type selection design of similar projects.
