摘  要:针对输变电工程不同阶段所面临的多维管理问题,提出基于需求驱动的输变电工程三维模型的多尺度分级方法,并根据多尺度分级方法实现了输变电工程的多尺度场景构建。首先,采用统一建模语言(unified modeling language,UML)系统梳理输变电工程的组成要素及其相互之间的关系,并在此基础上根据输变电工程不同周期的应用需求提出输变电工程多细节层次模型。其次,运用Google SketchUp和3DS Max(3D Studio Max)建模软件构建不同尺度的输电杆塔和变电站模型,并在SuperMap软件中将三维模型与三维地形环境匹配融合构建完整的多尺度输变电工程场景。最后,通过构建某地的多尺度输变电工程场景,对所提出的尺度分级方法进行了验证。结果表明基于工程需求构建的输变电工程多尺度场景能有效地应用于不同的工程管理阶段。Aiming at the multi-dimensional management problems faced by different stages of power transmission and transformation engineering,a multi-scale classification method based on demand-driven three-dimensional models of power transmission and transformation engineering was proposed,and the multi-scale scenarios construction of power transmission and transformation engineering was realized based on the multi-scale classification method.Firstly,the components of power transmission and transformation engineering and their relationships were systematically sorted out by using unified modeling language(UML),and a multiple levels of detail(LOD)model was proposed according to the requirements of different stages in the construction cycle.Secondly,transmission tower and substation models at different scales were built by using SketchUp and 3DS Max(3D Studio Max)software,and the 3D model and the 3D terrain environment were matched and integrated in SuperMap to build a complete multi-scale power transmission and transformation engineering scenario.Finally,the scale classification method proposed was verified by constructing a multi-scale power transmission and transformation engineering scenarios in a certain place.The result show that the multi-scale scenarios of power transmission and transformation projects constructed based on engineering requirements can be effectively applied to different engineering management stages.
