摘  要:针对航空发动机矢量喷管与系统电子控制器之间的连线、接口易出现电气故障,导致系统的稳定性、可扩展性差等问题,提出了一种航空发动机矢量喷管无线测控系统方案,并设计了无线传感测量系统和上位机软件。无线传输模块与单片机之间采用SPI通信,解决了传输速率受波特率限制问题,对通信速率和丢包问题进行实验验证,结果表明传输速率由11.4 kb/s提高到675.5 kb/s,连续通信2 h不丢包、不多包。Aiming at the problems such as electrical faults easily occurring in the wiring and interface between the vector nozzle and the electronic controller of the system,which lead to the poor stability and scalability of the system,a scheme of wireless measurement and control system for the vector nozzle of the aeroengine is put forward,and the wireless sensor measurement system and upper computer software are designed.The SPI communication between the wireless transmission module and the single-chip computer solves the problem that the transmission rate is limited by the baud rate.The experiment verifies the communication rate and packet loss,the result shows that the transmission rate is increased from 11.4 kb/s to 675.5 kb/s,and the continuous communication lasts for 2 h without losing or multi-packages.
