摘  要:针对冶金炉内高温熔体物位检测自动检测缺少标准化、成熟可靠的装置及应用方案的情况,介绍了一种优化的高温熔体物位检测装置。该装置采用适用于高温环境的物位检测装置新型设计,通过对雷达传感器结构进行针对高温环境的设计,增加多个散热部件,重新选择传感器核心材料和散热片材质,大大提高了仪表传感器的耐温能力,有助于提高物位检测装置在火法铜冶炼范围的闪速炉、侧吹炉等高温炉体上的可靠性、稳定性,延长使用寿命。On the conditions of that the standardized,technically-proven and reliable unit and application plan are lacking for automatic measuring of high temperature melt level in metallurgical furnace,the paper introduces an optimized level measuring unit of high temperature melt.The unit adopts a new design of level measuring suitable for high temperature environment.By designing the radar sensor structure in high temperature environment,adding a variety of radiators,and re-selecting the core material and radiation fin material of the sensor,it greatly improves the temperature resistance of the instrument sensor,and helps to increase the reliability and stability of the level measuring unit in the application of the high temperature furnace bodies,such as flash furnace and side-blown furnace in the scope of pyro-metallurgical copper smelting,and extends the service life.
