摘 要:在水闸工程中,钢丝绳用于连接启闭机和闸门,是卷扬式起升机构中的关键组成部分。启闭机运行时,启闭机钢丝绳偏斜角过大将加重钢丝绳的挤压和磨损,缩短钢丝绳使用寿命,影响工程运行安全。文章以中型水闸望亭水利枢纽为例,分析了钢丝绳偏斜角和钢丝绳偏离卷筒中心线角度的动态变化,计算出两者在运行状态下的最大值,判断是否符合《起重机设计规范》等规范要求。针对望亭水利枢纽水闸钢丝绳偏斜角过大问题,提出两项改进措施:增加启闭机钢丝绳预留长度和更换启闭机卷筒,比选出最优方案,并计算按方案改进后的最大偏斜角,证明了改进措施的有效性,可为其他水闸工程同类问题的解决提供参考。In sluice engineering,the wire rope is used to connect the hoist and gate,which is the key component of the winch lifting mechanism.When the hoist is in operation,too large deflection angle of the hoist wire rope will aggravate the compression and wear of the wire rope,shorten the service life of the wire rope and affect the safety of the project operation.Taking Wangting Water Conservancy Project,which is a medium sluice,as an example,this paper analyzes the dynamic changes of the deflection angle of the wire rope and the angle of the wire rope deviating from the center line of the reel,and calculates the maximum value of the two in the operation state to judge whether they meet the requirements of the Design Rules for Cranes and other specifications.In order to solve the problem of excessive deflection angle of the wire rope in the sluice of Wangting Water Conservancy Project,two measures are put forward,that is,increasing the reserved length of the hoist wire rope and to replacing the reel of the hoist,comparing the optimal scheme and calculating the maximum deflection angle according to the scheme,which proves the effectiveness of the improved measures.This can provide reference for solving similar problems in other sluice projects.
