摘　　要：目的:探讨3种材质留置针在常规静脉输注方案中的使用效果。方法:选取2020年7—12月于我院行常规静脉输注治疗的454例患者,并随机分为3组。A组(n=153)采用新型全氟乙烯丙烯共聚物材质留置针,B组(n=149)采用新型聚氨酯材质留置针,C组(n=152)采用普通聚氨酯材质留置针,比较3组患者治疗完成拔管率、日均输液量、并发症发生率等。结果:A、B、C组的治疗完成拔管率分别为58.2%、 57.0%和40.1%,日均输液量分别为834.6、848.6、687.6 ml,堵管发生率分别为10.5%、11.4%、19.7%,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种新型材质留置针能有效提高治疗完成拔管率和输液效率,并降低堵管发生率。Objective:To investigate the effect of three kinds of indwelling needles in routine intravenous infusion scheme.Methods:454 patients who received routine intravenous infusion treatment in our hospital from July to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into three groups. Group A(n=153) used a new-type fluorinated ethylene propylene indwelling needle, group B(n=149) used a new-type polyurethane indwelling needle, and group C(n=152) used a common polyurethane indwelling needle. The extubation rate after treatment, daily average infusion volume, and the incidence of complications, etc. were compared among the three groups.Results:In group A, B and C, the extubation rates after treatment were 58.2%, 57.0% and 40.1%, respectively;the average daily infusion volumes were 834.6, 848.6 and 687.6 ml, respectively;the incidences of tube blockage were 10.5%, 11.4% and 19.7%, respectively. The differences between the three groups were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Two new types of indwelling needles can effectively improve the extubation rate and infusion efficiency, and reduce the incidence of tube blockage.
