摘　　要：随着中美实力相对此长彼消,中美战略博奔进入高风险系数的"错肩期",拜登政府试图利用中国台湾问题等制造"组合拳"来打压围堵中国内地。美国对中国台湾的角色认知随之发生深刻变化,由"棋子"走向"陷阱",由"打牌"走向"做牌",由"筹码"走向"挖坑",对两岸关系由可融促和到防融阻统、由防两岸冲突到防内地武统中国台湾造成"既成事实"。这使得美国对中国台湾政策议题设置能力越来越强,并逐渐往法律化、"联盟化"和国际化等方向迈进,强化对中国台湾的"国家化"地位和"协防中国台湾"的非正式承诺,拉拢盟友集体对华打"中国台湾牌"。美国对台政策转向,进一步刺激民进党当局"倚美抗中谋独"幻想,也将给中国台湾台海地区和平与稳定增添新的变数。With the relative upgrading of China strength and the degrading of the United States strength,the strategic game between China and the United States has entered a"shoulder-by-shoulder period"with a high risk.The Joe Biden administration takes the Taiwan question as a tool to create"combination punches"to suppress and contain the Chinese Mainland.The US's perception of Taiwan's role has been undergoing profound changes.From"chess pieces"to"trap",from"playing cards"to"creating cards",from"bargaining chips"to"digging holes".At the same time,the US regards the relationship between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait from being compatible and promoting peace to the preventing integration and obstruction reunification,from the prevention of cross-Strait conflict to the prevention of the mainland's military reunification of Taiwan,in case that the Chinese Mainland creating a"fait accompli".This has made the United States increasingly capable of setting policy issues towards Taiwan,and has gradually moved towards legalization,"allianceization"and internationalization,strengthening Taiwan's so-called"nationalization"status and US informal commitment to"assisting the defense of Taiwan",to win over allies to collectively play the"Taiwan Card"'against the Chinese Mainland.The U.S.policy shift towards Taiwan further stimulates the DPP authorities'fantasy ofrelying on the U.S.to resist the Chinese Mainland and seek independence",which will undoubtedly add new variables to the peace and stability of the Taiwan Strait.
