摘  要:通过矿物掺合料改善水泥浆体与骨料粘结性能,在满足透水系数的条件下,透水混凝土获得良好力学性能。研究结果表明:矿物掺合料中偏高岭土改善透水混凝土力学性能效果最佳,化学外加剂中添加可分散胶粉提高透水混凝土力学性能显著;试验最优配合比为硅灰掺量9%(占胶凝材料质量比,后同)、矿渣粉15%、偏高岭土15%,可分散胶粉掺量为3%,羟丙基甲基纤维素为0.15%,纳米二氧化硅为0.15%。矿物掺合料在提高抗压强度的同时,对孔隙率和透水系数有所影响,化学外加剂在提高抗压强度的同时不影响透水混凝土的孔隙率和透水系数。Under the condition of satisfying the water permeability coefficient,permeable concrete obtains good mechanical properties by improving the adhesion performance of cement slurry and aggregate through mineral admixtures.The results show that metakaolin in the mineral admixture has the best effect on improving the mechanical properties of permeable concrete,and the addition of dispersible rubber powder in the chemical admixture can significantly improve the mechanical properties of permeable concrete;The optimum mix proportion in the test is as follows:the content of silica fume is 9%(accounting for the mass ratio of the cementitious material,the same below),slag 15%,metakaolin 15%,the dispersible rubber powder 3%,hydroxypropyl methylcellulose 0.15%,and nano silica 0.15%.Mineral admixtures have an effect on the porosity and permeability coefficient while improving the compressive strength;Chemical admixtures can enhance the compressive strength without affecting the porosity and permeability coefficient of permeable concrete.
