摘 要:为了避免纺织服装市场上不良商家以假乱真、以次充好,检测机构应及时准确地检测出纺织服装制品的纤维成分及含量。目前没有测试绵羊毛、山羊绒、棉3组分织物中纤维含量明确的相关标准,因此依据物理法(手工拆分法和显微镜投影法)和化学溶解法(次氯酸钠法和硫酸法)设计4种试验方案,分析比较各个试验方法以及各测试方法的优劣。试验表明:手工拆分法优于化学溶解法,但适用范围有限;化学溶解法中次氯酸钠法优于硫酸法;在50℃条件下,硫酸法对毛绒纤维损伤大,不建议采用;显微镜投影法不建议使用溶解棉后的试样;显微镜投影法与次氯酸钠法相结合,试验结果接近配比,且适用于所有绵羊毛、山羊绒、棉混纺或交织的织物。In order to avoid the bad merchants to fake and shoddy in the textile and clothing market,testing agency should timely and accurately detect the fiber composition and content of textile and clothing products.There is no clear relevant standard to test the fiber content of the three component fabric of sheep wool,cashmere and cotton at present,four test schemes were designed by using physical methods(manual separation method and microscope projection method)and chemical dissolution methods(sodium hypochlorite method and sulfuric acid method)to analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of each test method.The results show that the manual separation method is superior to the chemical dissolution method,but the scope of application is limited.In chemical dissolution method,sodium hypochlorite method is superior to sulfuric acid method.At 50℃,sulfuric acid method will cause great damage to wool fibers,so it is not recommended;The sample with dissolved cotton is not recommended for the microscope projection method.The microscope projection method is combined with sodium hypochlorite method,and the test results are close to the proportion,and it is applicable to all the blended or interwoven fabric of sheep wool,cashmere and cotton.
