摘  要:大规格岩板生产主要是用干粒抛工艺生产,干粒抛工艺因布施干粒量大,且工艺上有两道喷胶水,以致于烧成周期长,产品表面易产生气泡、熔洞、缺干粒等从而降低优等率。对于干粒抛工艺的问题,笔者了研究一种干粒釉工艺及其应用于岩板的生产。工艺设计是在普通抛釉工艺基础上,在釉浆中加入一定比例的熔块干粒,施釉工艺简单成熟,既能较好解决产品表面气孔及熔洞,同时节约烧成时间,降低综合成本,并且能保持干粒抛工艺产品的釉层通透感及鲜艳发色。The production of large size slabs is mainly produced by dry grain throwing technology.Due to the large amount of dry grain and the two spraying glue in the process,the firing cycle is long:the product surface is prone to produce bubbles,melting holes,lack of dry grain and so on,thus reducing the excellent rate.For the problem of dry grain throwing process,the author studies a kind of dry grain glaze process and its application in the production of slabs.The process design is based on the ordinary glaze throwing process.Adding a certain proportion of frit dry granules into the glaze slurry,the glaze process is simple and mature,which can not only better solve the surface pores and melting holes of the product,but also save the firing time,reduce the comprehensive cost,and keep the glaze layer permeability and bright color of the dry granule throwing process products.
