摘  要:实验采用建阳原料建瓯石、红土、草木灰、石英、钾长石、钠长石等为主要原料,对宋代建窑的黄兔毫釉进行试制。通过采用单因素实验法探究析晶保温时间和釉层厚度对黄兔毫釉呈色及毫纹的影响。实验结果表明:随着析晶保温时间的延长,釉面兔毫纹颜色逐渐加深,数量也呈递增趋势直至覆盖釉面;釉层厚度由薄至厚,釉面兔毫纹逐渐呈现拉丝状,但流釉现象也逐渐明显。当兔毫釉的析晶保温时间为1h,釉层厚度为1mm,所获得的兔毫釉釉面效果较好,毫纹数量较适中,呈现细长的拉丝状。The experiment using Jianyang materials such as Jian'ou stone,red clay,plant ash,quartz,potassium feldspar,sodium feldspar etc to preparate hare fur's glaze of Jian kiln in Song Dynasty.It investigates the effect which crystal insula-tion time and thickness of glaze layer are used to color and strip of yellow hare fur s glaze by single-factor experimental method.The result shows that with the extension of the crystal insulation time,the color of the yellow hare fur's glaze gradually deepens,and the number also increases until the glaze is covered;the thickness of the glaze layer from thin to thick,yellow hare fur s glaze gradually appear drawing,but the phenomenon of flow glaze is also gradually obvious.The crystal insulation time is an hour,the thickness of glaze layer is one millimeter,the hare fur's glaze's effect is better,the number of yellow stripes is moderate,and shows good drawing.
