摘 要:为研究γ′相形态与二次相对Co-8.8Al-9.8W合金塑性变形行为的影响,添加钼(Mo)制备得到具有不同形态的γ′相与二次相的合金,采用X射线衍射(XRD),扫描电镜(SEM)以及透射电镜(TEM)等技术对合金组织形态以及室温压缩行为进行研究。结果表明:Co-8.8Al-9.8W-xMo(x=0,2)各合金抗压强度与塑性变形能力均处于相同水平,但具有立方状γ′相的0Mo合金的硬度显著高于具有球状γ′相的2Mo合金;0Mo合金在压缩过程中表现为解理断裂,而2Mo合金为准解理断裂;在应力作用下,球状γ′相被位错剪切甚至破坏,出现了断裂和弯曲变形的现象,立方状γ′相的形态则无明显变化;2Mo合金中的富W二次相对位错运动有阻碍作用。To investigate the effect ofγ′phase morphology and secondary phase on the plastic deformation behavior of Co-8.8Al-9.8W alloy,Mo was added to prepare the superalloy with different morphology ofγ′phase and secondary phase.The microstructure and room temperature compression behavior of the alloy were studied by XRD,SEM and TEM.The results show that the compressive strength and plastic deformation ability of Co-8.8Al-9.8W-xMo(x=0,2)alloys are almost the same,but the hardness of the 0Mo alloy with cubicγ′phase is significantly higher than that of the 2Mo alloy with sphericalγ′phase.The fracture mechanism of 0Mo alloy during compression is cleavage fracture,but 2Mo alloy is quasi-cleavage fracture.Under the stress,the sphericalγ’phase is sheared or even destroyed by dislocations,resulting in fracture and bending deformation,while the cubicγ′phase do not change significantly.The W-rich secondary phases distributed in the 2Mo alloy will hinder the movement of dislocations.
