摘　　要：作为治理末梢的城市社区,利益关系交织、公共冲突不断,社区管理者如何选择适当方式化解冲突?背后的行为逻辑是什么?已有研究主要从社区属性、行动者动机、宏观环境等视角进行解释,忽视了中观层面组织制度的影响机制。基于此,本文首先重新划分了城市社区冲突化解方式的类型:法理主导型、情感主导型、情法兼施型和暂缓拖延型。其次,从组织制度理论出发,构建了城市社区冲突化解方式选择的“冲突场域—制度属性”分析框架。进一步通过对西安市L区七个城市社区冲突化解案例的综合分析,初步表明:冲突场域与制度属性之间的相互权衡,是城市社区管理者冲突化解方式选择的重要考量。这项研究对于理解城市社区冲突化解背后的行为逻辑,寻求冲突化解的适当策略,具有一定的理论与政策启示。As the urban communities are at the end of governance,with intertwined interests and constant public conflicts,how do community managers choose the appropriate way to resolve conflicts?What are the behavioral logic behind them?The excited studies have mainly explained from the perspectives of community attributes,actors’motivation,and macro environment,with missing the influence of organizational system at the meso-level.This paper firstly reclassifies the types of urban community conflict resolution approaches:jurisprudence-led,emotion-led,both emotion and law-led,and deferral and delay.Secondly,this paper constructs an analytical framework of conflict field-institutional attributes for the choice of conflict resolution in urban communities from organizational-institutional theory.Using seven urban community conflict resolution cases in L district of Xi’an,the paper shows that the trade-off between conflict field and institutional attributes is an important consideration in the choice of conflict resolution methods by urban community managers.This finding has some theoretical and policy implications for understanding the behavioral logic behind conflict resolution in urban communities and for seeking appropriate strategies for conflict resolution in urban communities.
