摘 要:近年来,随着国内地铁建设的飞速发展,盾构下穿各种运行中的铁路施工已成为几乎每个修建地铁的城市必须应对的问题。为了解决在富水砂层的地质条件下盾构施工穿越铁路时的施工难题,对复杂风险下的盾构施工带来的穿越风险和接收风险进行研究,并提出采取相应的措施来解决复杂风险下的盾构接收时的安全控制问题。结果表明:施工时的工序安排非常重要,穿越和接收连续施工是成功的关键;破除洞门和拆除钢套筒存在重大风险,应提前准备随时可供使用的填充材料,并采用弧形钢板焊接进行封堵。通过盾构施工技术的研究,能很好地确保在富水砂层条件下盾构穿越铁路时的安全,此次施工为以后面对更为复杂的类似工况提供一次借鉴。In recent years,with the rapid development of domestic subway construction,shield tunneling construction through various running railway has become a problem that almost every city building subway must deal with.In order to solve the construction problem of shield construction crossing railway under the geological condition of water-rich sand layer,the crossing risk and receiving risk brought by shield construction under complex risks were studied,and corresponding measures were proposed to study the safety control of shield construction under complex risks.The results show that the process arrangement is very important during construction,and continuous construction during crossing and receiving is the key to success.There are major risks in breaking the hole door and removing the steel sleeve.Therefore,the filling materials should be prepared in advance and arc steel plate welding should be used for sealing.Through the research on shield construction technology,it can well ensure the safety of shield crossing the railway under the condition of water-rich sand layer,and this construction will provide a reference for the more complex similar conditions in the future.
