水凝胶在治疗类风湿关节炎和骨关节炎中的研究进展

摘　　要：关节炎发病率高,但病因不明,药物治疗和手术治疗均存在局限性。近年来,水凝胶材料被应用于类风湿关节炎和骨关节炎的治疗。在类风湿关节炎治疗方面,水凝胶材料主要被用于药物递送系统的研究;在骨关节炎治疗方面,其作为一种与软骨组织相类似的生物材料,被应用于治疗软骨缺损和促进软骨再生。本文总结了近年来水凝胶在治疗类风湿关节炎和骨关节炎中的应用,并对其未来研究方向进行展望。Arthritis's incidence rate is high,and etiology is unknown.In recent years,hydrogels have been used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.It is mainly used to facilitate the research of drug delivery systems in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,and is used for biomaterial similar to the cartilage tissue in the treatment of osteoarthritis,to treat cartilage defects and promote cartilage regeneration.We summarize the applications of hydrogels in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis in recent years,and look forward to the future research directions.
