摘　　要：室性早搏是一种常见的心律失常类型,可出现在无器质性心脏病人群中,具有频发性,通常会伴随心悸、头晕等症状,症状进一步加剧可损害心肌,危害患者生命健康。然而,目前对于症状性室性早搏发病机制及临床特点的了解仍然有限,不能及时判断心律失常的严重程度及预后。为探究室性早搏发病机制以辅助医生诊断及治疗,本文对症状性室性早搏相关的研究进行了综述,旨在提升临床医师对症状性室性早搏的认识,并给予及时有效的干预治疗和有针对性的随访。Premature ventricular contraction is a common type of arrhythmia,which can occur in people without organic heart disease.It is usually accompanied by palpitations,dizziness and other symptoms.Further exacerbation of symptoms can damage the myocardium and endanger the life and health of patients.However,the current understanding of the pathogenesis and clinical characteristics of symptomatic premature ventricular contractions is still limited,and the severity and prognosis of arrhythmias cannot be timely determined.In order to explore the pathogenesis of premature ventricular contractions to assist doctors in diagnosis and treatment,We review the related research on symptomatic premature ventricular contractions,aiming to improve clinicians'understanding of symptomatic premature ventricular contractions,and provide timely and effective intervention treatment and targeted follow-up.
