摘  要:在各大高校中,学生会承担着自我教育、自我管理、自我服务、自我监督的职能,从而更好地代表和服务广大同学,成为连接学校与学生的良好沟通桥梁。学生会在学校党委的领导和团委的指导下,由优秀学生代表组建队伍,对学校开展各项工作有着重要作用。因此,学生会的成长和发展也决定了学校与学生群体之间的联系紧密程度。本文对当前学生会建设与工作中存在的问题进行分析,从学生会工作中人性化与制度化管理的角度探讨建设学生会的优化模式,旨在保证学生会更好地发挥自身作用以及推动自身建设。In major colleges and universities,student union undertakes the functions of self-education,selfmanagement,self-service and self-supervision,to better represent and serve the majority of students and become a good communication bridge connecting faculties and students.Under the leadership of the Party Committee and the guidance of the Youth League Committee of university,the student union is formed by outstanding student representatives who play an important role in carrying out various tasks in the school.Therefore,the growth and development of the student union also determines the degree of close ties between the faculty and the student.Through the analysis of the existing problems in the current construction and work of the student union,the optimization mode of building the student union is discussed from the perspective of humanized and institutionalized management in the work of the student union,aiming to ensure that the student union can better play its role in the work process and promote its own construction.
