摘　　要：教育部于2019年启动一流本科专业建设“双万计划”,为地方应用型本科高校的专业发展带来了新契机。探究地方本科高校向应用型转变的缘由,梳理地方本科高校转型的现状与问题,并深入剖析国家级一流本科专业对地方高校应用型建设的价值,具有重要的现实意义。In 2019,the Ministry of Education launched the“Double 10-thousand Plan”for the construction of first-class undergraduate majors,which brought new opportunities for the development of local application-oriented universities.It is of great practical significance to explore the reasons for the transformation of local universities to application-oriented ones,sort out the current situation and problems,and deeply analyze the value of national first-class undergraduate majors to the application-oriented construction of local universities.
