区域物业服务业与养老服务业耦合协调发展研究——以安徽省为例  

A Study on the Coupling and Coordinated Development of Regional Property Service Industry and Elderly Care Service Industry--with Anhui Province as an Example

摘　　要：构建物业服务业—养老服务业综合发展评价指标体系,基于熵值法和耦合协调度模型,测算安徽省2014-2021年物业服务业和养老服务业综合发展水平指数及耦合协调度。研究表明:安徽省物业和养老服务业都属于发展前景较好的产业,2020年之前养老服务业综合发展水平滞后于物业服务业,2020年之后养老服务业综合发展水平反超物业服务业;两者的耦合度较高,耦合协调等级也随时间推移不断提高,其中政策外力的推进功不可没。由此,对于安徽省物业服务业和养老服务业深度融合以及可持续发展,从内在和外在的驱动力方面提出相应建议。By constructing a comprehensive development evaluation index system for the property service industry and the elderly service industry,a calculation was made on the comprehensive development level index and coupling coordination of the property service industry and the elderly service industry in Anhui Province from 2014 to 2021 based on the entropy value method and the coupling coordination model.Research shows that:Anhui Province property and elderly service industry has good development prospects,the comprehensive development level of the elderly care service industry lags behind the property service industry before 2020,and the comprehensive development level of the elderly care service industry after 2020 exceeds the property service industry;the coupling degree of the two is high,and the coupling and coordination level has also been continuously improved over time,of which the promotion of external forces of policy is indispensable.Therefore,for the deep integration and sustainable development of the property service industry and the elderly service industry in Anhui Province,corresponding suggestions are made from the perspectives of internal and external driving forces.
