摘  要:小试条件下探讨了以改性聚氨酯海绵填料作为微生物载体的移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)深度脱氮规律和用于城市污水深度脱氮的可行性。研究结果表明,常温和低温条件下,改性聚氨酯填料的填充率为50%时,连续流小试深度脱氮的总氮去除负荷率分别达到52.8、68.4 mg/(L·d),单位体积填料的反硝化负荷率分别为130.4、187.2mg NO_(3)^(-)-N/(L·d),水温降低对改性填料深度脱氮的影响不明显。随着外碳源投加比例增加,改性聚氨酯填料的脱氮效率明显提升,碳氮比为6:1时,去除效率最佳,每升填料的TN去除速率和反硝化速率分别为216.0 mgTN/d和240.0 mgNO_(3)^(-)-N/d。分析了填料上反硝化微生物的多样性,其中变形菌门是绝对优势微生物,占比达到71.5%。从属的角度,固氮螺菌属(Azospira)占比为16.42%,食酸菌属(Acidovorax)占比为2.23%,其它潜在反硝化菌占比为9.62%。研究认为,粉末活性炭改性的聚氨酯海绵填料用于城市污水厂的深度脱氮是可行的。The effect of advanced nitrogen removal by moving bed biofilm reactor(MBBR) with modified polyurethane sponge as microbial carrier and the feasibility of advanced nitrogen removal of municipal wastewater were studied. The results showed that at normal temperature and low temperature,when the filling rate of modified polyurethane carrier was 50%, the total nitrogen removal load rate of continuous flow bench-scale experiments were 52.8 and 68.4 mg TN/(L·d), respectively. And the denitrification load rate of unit volume carrier were 130.4 and 187.2 mg NO_(3)^(-)-N/(L·d), respectively.The decrease of water temperature has no obvious effect on the advanced nitrogen removal by modified polyurethane carrier. With the increase in external carbon source, the nitrogen removal efficiency of modified polyurethane carrier was improved obviously. The removal efficiency is the best when the carbon-nitrogen ratio is 6:1, and the TN removal rate and denitrification rate per liter of carrier are 216.0 mgTN/d and 240.0 mg NO_(3)^(-)-N/d,respectively. The diversity of denitrifying microorganisms on the carrier was analyzed, in which Proteobacteria was the dominant microorganism,accounting for 71.5%. At the genus level, Azospira accounted for 16.42%, Acidovorax accounted for 2.23%, and other potential denitrifying bacteria accounted for 9.62%. It is considered that it is feasible to apply the modified polyurethane sponge carrier to advanced denitrification in municipal sewage plants.
