摘  要:膜生物反应器(MBR)广泛应用于城市污水深度处理与水资源再生领域。为提高MBR的截留能力并减少膜孔堵塞,以PES膜为基膜采用界面聚合法制备疏松纳滤膜,构建了一种新型疏松纳滤膜生物反应器(LNF-MBR)。进行了LNF-MBR与常规纳滤膜生物反应器(CNF-MBR)、超滤膜生物反应器(UF-MBR)的对照试验,考察了工艺运行性能和膜污染情况。结果表明,LNF-MBR对生物聚合物和部分腐殖质的截留效果比UF-MBR高,在化学需氧量(COD)和溶解性有机碳(DOC)上有较高的去除率。CNF-MBR长期运行会导致盐分积累,降低膜通量,而LNFMBR和UF-MBR没有明显的积盐现象。超滤膜污染以不可逆污染为主,纳滤膜的小孔径减轻了不可逆膜孔堵塞,但易受到生物聚合物的污染。采用疏松纳滤膜能够减少污染物在膜上的附着,减缓膜污染。Membrane bioreactors(MBR) are widely used in the field for the advanced treatment of urban sewage and the regeneration of water resources. To improve the retention capacity of MBR and reduce the blockage of membrane pores, a new type of loose nanofiltration membrane bioreactor(LNF-MBR) was constructed, which used a PES membrane as the base membrane to prepare loose nanofiltration membrane by interfacial polymerization method. For the control experiments of the LNF-MBR, the conventional nanofiltration membrane bioreactor(CNF-MBR) and ultrafiltration membrane bioreactor(UF-MBR) were compared, and the process performance and membrane fouling were investigated. The results showed that the LNF-MBR has a higher retention effect on biopolymers and some humic substances than the UF-MBR, and the LNF-MBR has a higher removal rate on chemical oxygen demand(COD) and dissolved organic carbon(DOC). The long-term operation of the CNF-MBR will lead to salt accumulation and reduce membrane flux, while the LNF-MBR and UF-MBR have no obvious salt accumulation phenomenon. The main fouling of the ultrafiltration membrane is irreversible. The small pore size of the nanofiltration membrane reduces the clogging of irreversible membrane pores, but it is easily contaminated by biopolymers. The use of loose nanofiltration membranes can reduce the adhesion of pollutants on the membrane and slow down membrane fouling.
