摘  要:以北京市延庆区城西再生水厂的污水处理为研究对象,根据出水水质需满足北京市现行地方标准基本控制项目排放限值A标准(地表准Ⅲ类)的要求,采用MBR+O3活性炭组合工艺处理城镇生活污水的技术路线。研究结果表明:该工艺出水水质好、工艺稳定、安全性较高,可有效保证北京重要水源保护地官厅水库的水质,同时还能满足北京冬奥会配套及2019年世界园艺博览会和其他设施的再生水回用要求。该工艺实现城镇污水处理清洁化,提高了污水资源化利用效率,彰显了绿色奥运的核心理念,具有显著的社会和经济效益。Taking the wastewater treatment of the west city reclaimed water plant in Yanqing District,Beijing as the research object,the technical approach of MBR+O3activated carbon combination process is adopted to treat urban domestic wastewater according to the requirement that the effluent quality needs to meet the discharge limit A standard (surface quasi-Ⅲ) of the basic control items of the current local standard in Beijing.The results of the study showed that the process has good effluent quality,stable process and high safety,which can effectively ensure the water quality of Beijing’s important water source protection area,Guan Hall Reservoir,and also meet the requirements of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games and the 2019 World Horticultural Expo and other facilities for reuse of recycled water.The process achieves the cleanliness of urban wastewater treatment,improves the efficiency of wastewater resource utilization,highlights the core concept of the Green Olympics,and has significant social and economic benefits.
