摘 要:旋转喷雾蒸发技术是近些年在火电厂脱硫废水零排放领域研究较为广泛的一种技术,该技术相比于蒸发结晶技术具有工艺流程短,成本低,操作简单等优点,但该项技术的实际工程应用业绩较少,系统的运行稳定性、设计的合理性、对机组各系统的影响等问题尚待完善。本文以河南某火力发电厂脱硫废水零排放工程为例,分别从旋转喷雾蒸发技术的方案设计、系统一键启停功能、运行过程中出现的问题及处理方法等方面进行了详细论述。结果表明,处理量为8 m3/h的旁路烟气蒸发塔直径9.0 m可保证废水完全蒸发不贴壁,蒸发水量与出口烟温联锁,通过调节阀来控制出口烟温,可实现不同机组负荷下出口烟温稳定在160℃(±10℃)连续稳定运行,为火电厂脱硫废水零排放工程的设计与应用提供重要参考数据。Recently, rotary spray evaporation technology is a technology that has been widely studied in the field of zero discharge of desulphurisation wastewater from thermal power plants. The technology has the advantages of short process flow, low cost, and simple operation compared with evaporation and crystallization technology, but the actual engineering application performance of the technology is less, and the operational stability of the system, the rationality of the design, the impact on the unit systems and other issues are yet to be improved. This paper takes a thermal power plant in Henan province with zero-discharge desulphurisation wastewater project as an example, and discusses in detail the scheme design of the rotary spray evaporation technology, the one-key start/stop function of the system, the problems that arise during operation and the treatment methods. The results show that the by-pass flue gas evaporation tower with a treatment capacity of 8 m3/h and a diameter of 9.0 m can ensure complete evaporation of wastewater without sticking to the wall, the evaporation water volume is interlocked with the outlet flue gas temperature, and the outlet flue gas temperature is controlled through a regulating valve, which can achieve continuous and stable operation at 160±10 ℃ under different unit loads,providing essential reference data for the design and application of zero-discharge desulphurisation wastewater engineering in thermal power plants.
