摘 要:为了探究环嗪酮在稻田上使用后的残留特性,本课题组前期查阅了环嗪酮检测方法的相关文献,了解了相应的前处理及检测方法,并参照国家标准GB 23200.121-2021,采用乙腈进行提取,PSA和GCB进行净化,UPLC-MS/MS进行检测,建立了用于检测稻田土壤及水质中环嗪酮残留的分析方法。实验结果显示土壤提取液中环嗪酮的加标回收率在81.0%~86.5%之间,农田水中环嗪酮的加标回收率在90.9%~100.8%之间,两者的相对标准偏差均在0.8%~2.8%之间。该方法简单、快速且有效可满足农田土壤及水质中环嗪酮的日常检测及监测工作的需要。In order to explore the residue characteristics of cyclozinone in paddy fields, our research group consulted the related literature of detection methods of cyclozinone in the early stage, and learned about the corresponding pretreatment and detection methods. According to the national standard GB 23200.121-2021, acetonitrile was used for extraction, PSA and GCB were used for purification, and UPLC-MS/MS was used for detection, and an analytical method for detecting the residue of cyclozinone in paddy soil and water was established. The experimental results showed that the spiked recoveries of cicerone in soil extract were between 81.0% and 86.5%, and those in farmland water were between 90.9% and 100.8%, and the relative standard deviations of both were between 0.8% and 2.8%. This method is simple, rapid and effective, and can meet the needs of daily detection and monitoring of cycloheximide in farmland soil and water quality.
