摘 要:为研究不同煤种在纯煤粉锅炉纯煤燃烧和再燃锅炉上的适应性,分别选取淮南煤、东胜煤、小龙潭煤三种主燃料,杨木(气)为再燃燃料,模拟了燃用不同煤种的纯煤和再燃工况的炉内燃烧过程。模拟结果表明:不同煤种之间的燃烧稳定性差异不大,主燃区均具有良好的燃烧效果,再燃会引起炉膛主燃区温度降低,再燃区温度和炉膛出口的温度升高。再燃燃料的加入会引起三种煤种工况CO体积分数增加,NO_(x)质量浓度降低。较高的H_(2)O浓度会抑制NO_(x)的还原,燃用淮南煤的再燃减排率最高,而燃用小龙潭煤再燃减排率最低。To study the adaptability of different kinds of coal in pure coal combustion and reburning boiler, Huainan coal, Dongsheng coal and Xiaolongtan coal are selected as the main fuel, and poplar(gas) is used as the reburning fuel. The pure coal burning with different kinds of coal and the combustion process in the furnace under reburning conditions are simulated. The simulation results show that there is little difference in combustion stability among different coal types, and the main combustion zone has a good combustion effect. Reburning will cause the temperature of the main combustion zone of the furnace to decrease, and the temperature of the reburning zone and the temperature of the furnace outlet to increase. The addition of reburning fuel will increase the volume fraction of CO and decrease the mass concentration of NO_(x)in three coal working conditions. The higher H_(2)O concentration will inhibit the reduction of NO_(x). The reburning emission reduction rate of Huainan coal is the highest, while the reburning emission reduction rate of Xiaolongtan coal is the lowest.
