摘  要:为落实国家工业园区废水深度处理及回用政策,实现废水资源化利用,以山西某焦化园区实践为例,基于焦化废水深度处理工艺,分析了盐变化趋势和分盐效果,经零排放工艺处理后,中水盐分含量大幅下降,Na+浓度下降了95.1%,Cl^(-)浓度下降了89.6%,SO_(4)^(2-)浓度下降了97.5%。浓盐水经多效蒸发结晶和分质结晶后,结晶盐氯化钠产品指标满足工业干盐一级品标准;硫酸钠产品满足《T/CCT 001-2019煤化工副产工业工业硫酸钠》A类一等品标准。实践表明,通过蒸发结晶提盐工艺技术,可以实现焦化园区工业废水零排放,大幅降低杂盐危废产生量,有利于焦化园区高质量发展。Implement the national industrial park wastewater advanced treatment and reuse policy to realize the resource utilization of wastewater. Taking the practice of a coking park in Shanxi Province as an example, based on the advanced treatment process of coking wastewater, this paper analyzes the salt change trend and the effect of salt separation. After the zero discharge process, the salt in the reclaimed water is significantly concentrated, with the concentration of Na+decreasing by 95.1%, the concentration of Cl^(-) decreasing by 89.6%, and the concentration of SO_(4)^(2-)decreasing by 97.5%. After the concentrated brine is crystallized by multi effect evaporation and salt separation, the product index of sodium chloride in the crystallized salt meets the first grade standard of industrial dry salt in T/CCT 002-2019 Industrial Sodium Chloride, a by-product of coal chemical industry;Sodium sulfate products meet the Class A first grade standard in T/CCT 001-2019 Coal Chemical Industry Byproduct Industrial Sodium Sulfate.The practice shows that through the evaporation crystallization salt extraction process technology, zero discharge of industrial wastewater in the coking park can be achieved, and the amount of hazardous waste from miscellaneous salts can be greatly reduced, which is conducive to the high-quality development of the coking park.
