摘 要:为提高选矿厂实际回收率,减少精矿流失,提高企业经济效益,本文开展了尼尔森选矿机重选回收尾矿中金属金的工业试验。探究了富集时间、水量、处理能力对尼尔森选矿机回收金的影响规律,提出了尼尔森选矿机-旋流器联合分选工艺,确定了最佳的工艺操作参数,显著提升了分选系统的适应性及实际回收效果。试验结果表明:日产精矿量6.5t,平均产率9.33‰,平均品位3.31g/t,月回收金属金649g。研究结果为黄金矿山尾矿的大规模高效综合利用提供了新思路。In order to improve the actual recovery rate of the concentrator, reduce the loss of concentrate and improve the economic benefit of the enterprise, the industrial test of recovering metal gold from tailings by gravity separation with Nielsen concentrator was carried out in this paper.The influence of enrichment time, water volume and treatment capacity on the gold recovery of Nielsen concentrator is investigated. The combined separation process of Nielsen concentrator cyclone is proposed, and the optimal process operating parameters are determined. The adaptability of the separation system and the actual recovery effect are significantly improved. The test results show that the daily output of concentrate is 6.5 t, the average yield is 9.33‰, the average grade is 3.31 g/t, and the monthly recovery of metal gold is 649 g. The research results provide a new idea for the large-scale and efficient comprehensive utilization of gold mine tailings.
