摘  要:本文通过开发一种高稳定性的低摩阻耐压低密度水泥浆体系,降低长裸眼一次上返施工过程中的流动摩阻,达到防漏和提高油气井封固率的目的。该体系当量密度变化率≤0.03g/cm^(3),流动摩阻比现有低密度体系降低15%~25%。现场施工井口压力同比降低3~5MPa,固井质量优质率≥95%,具有良好的推广运用前景。In this paper, a pressure resistant low friction pressure low-density cement slurry system is developed to reduce the flow friction in the process of long open hole cementing, so as to achieve the purpose of cementing leakage prevention and improving the sealing rate of wells. The change rate of equivalent density of the system is less than 0.03 g/cm^(3), the flow friction is reduced by 15%~25% compared to existing low-density systems. Compared with the previous year, the on-site wellhead pressure was reduced of 3~5 MPa and the high cementing quality rate was ≥95% to proved a good prospect of popularization and application.
