摘 要:随着先进核反应堆技术日趋成熟,高丰度低浓铀的市场需求量将显著提升。高丰度低浓铀生产、运输与传统低浓铀存在明显差异。美国、俄罗斯等国家正在开展研究工作突破高丰度低浓铀生产、运输各环节关键技术,为高丰度低浓铀商业化应用创造条件。根据高丰度低浓铀发展需求,结合我国铀浓缩生产、六氟化铀运输容器发展现状,研究提出我国压水堆应用高丰度低浓铀燃料在铀浓缩关键环节的研究建议,主要包括:明确产品质量要求、开展铀浓缩系统设计技术研究、净化技术研究、取料工艺研究、临界安全分析、生产运行技术研究、标准化模块化建设研究。With the advanced nuclear reactor technology becoming more and more mature, the market demand for high-assay low-enriched uranium(HALEU) will increase significantly. There are obvious differences between the production and transportation of HALEU and traditional low-enriched uranium. Some countries, such as the United States, Russia, etc., are carrying out research work to break through the key technologies in the production and transportation of HALEU, creating conditions for the commercial application of HALEU. In accordance with the development demand of HALEU, combined with the development status of uranium enrichment production technology and transport containers of uranium hexafluoride in China, research suggestions on the application of high-enriched low-enriched uranium fuel in pressurized water reactors in China are put forward, which mainly include defining product quality requirements, carrying out research on design technology of uranium enrichment system, purification technology, material withdrawal technology, nuclear critical safety analysis, production and operation technology, standardization and modular construction.
