渤海J油田蜡堵分析及治理研究

摘　　要：渤海J油田2D井区油井蜡堵严重,常规清蜡措施有效期短、效果差。通过垢样分析发现堵塞物杂元素含量和多价金属元素含量高,垢样中蜡含量较高,碳数高,为微晶蜡,常规药剂难以解除。研制的新型稠油有机清蜡垢药剂可促进饱和烷烃的溶解和高级烷烃溶解。经现场应用清蜡周期明显延长,效果明显。The oil wells in 2D well block of Bohai J Oilfield are seriously blocked by wax, and the conventional wax removal measures have short effective period and poor effect. Through the analysis of the scale sample, it is found that the content of impurities and multivalent metal elements in the plug is high, the wax content in the scale sample is high, the carbon number is high, and it is microcrystalline wax, which is difficult to be removed by conventional agents. A new type of organic paraffin remover for heavy oil can promote the dissolution of saturated alkanes and higher alkanes. After field application, the wax removal period is obviously prolonged, and the effect is obvious.
