摘  要:为探究黄瓜穴盘苗质量与营养液浓度、不同孔数穴盘之间的关系,本试验以黄瓜品种“四季丰”为材料,以霍格兰营养液为标准配制不同浓度营养液(50%、1.0倍和1.5倍),研究不同孔数穴盘(50、72孔和105孔)与不同浓度营养液组合处理对黄瓜幼苗生长发育和生理指标的影响。结果表明,黄瓜幼苗的株高、茎粗、生物量、叶绿素含量、蔗糖含量、光合特性指标(Pn、Gs、Tr)与营养液浓度、穴孔体积呈正相关。1.5倍浓度营养液与50孔、1.5倍浓度营养液与72孔穴盘两组合处理培育的黄瓜幼苗株高、茎粗、光合特性、比叶重和纤维素含量无显著差异,但大多显著高于其它处理;除根长外,50孔穴盘培育的黄瓜其幼苗壮苗指数、叶绿素含量、蔗糖含量和根系结构指标均显著高于其它孔数穴盘处理。综上认为,适宜的高浓度营养液与50孔或72孔穴盘组合适宜培育优质黄瓜幼苗。In order to explore the relationships of cucumber seedlings quality with nutrient solution concentration and different cells plug trays,the cucumber variety“Sijifeng”(Cucumis sativus L.)was used as experiment material,and the Hoagland’s nutrient solution was used as the standard to prepare different concentrations of solution(50%,1.0 time and 1.5 times).The effects of different cells plug trays(50,72 and 105 cells)combined with different concentrations of nutrient solution on growth and physiological indexes of cucumber seedlings were studied.The results indicated that plant height,stem diameter,biomass,chlorophyll content,sucrose content and photosynthetic characteristics indexes(Pn,Gs,Tr)of cucumber seedlings were positively correlated with nutrient solution concentration and cell volume of plug trays.There were no significant differences in plant height,stem diameter,photosynthetic characteristics,leaf mass per area and cellulose content of cucumber seedlings treated with 1.5 times nutrient solution and 50-or 72-cell plug trays,but most of them were significantly higher compared with the other treatments.Except root length,the seedling quality index,chlorophyll content,sucrose content and root structure indexes of cucumber seedlings cultivated with 50-cell plug trays were significantly higher than those of other cell size plug trays.In summary,the combination of suitable high concentration nutrient solution and 50-or 72-cell plug tray was suitable for cultivating high-quality cucumber seedlings.
