薄煤层40t铲板车铰接转向异响分析

摘  要:针对矿上液压支架搬运铲板车在重载时出现异响的问题,从不同的铰接结构形式及其应用原理出发,重点分析关节轴承的不同型式及应用特点。结合铰接结构设计,对上下关节轴承采用有限元Abaqus力学分析,当车架产生20000 NM的弯矩作用时,上铰接向心轴承的内外圈接触应力较小,而下铰接角接触关节轴承内外圈的接触应力达到634 MPa,应力值远高于设计要求。通过改进其下角接触关节轴承为向心关节轴承,采用过盈配合安装,避免上下铰接处产生间隙接触,经过现场试验发现异响问题得到解决。In view of the abnormal sound problem of the mine hydraulic support carrier shovel truck under heavy load,this paper analyzes the different hinged structure forms and their application principle,the different types and application characteristics of joint bearing are analyzed emphatically.Combined with the articulated structure design,the finite element Abaqus mechanical analysis is adopted for the upper and lower joint bearings,when the carframe produces a bending moment of 20000 NM,the inner and outer ring contact stress of the upper hinged centripetal bearing is small,the inner and outer rings contact stress of the lower hinged centripetal bearing reaches 634 MPa,the stress value is much higher than the design requirements.By improving its lower angular contact joint bearing as radial joint bearing and adopting interference fit installation,the clearance contact at the upper and lower hinge joints was avoided,and the problem of abnormal noise was solved through field test.
