摘 要:陈家山煤矿418工作面为孤岛工作面,两侧采空区已形成10 a以上,预计积水总量为6.7×10^(5)m^(3),最大水头高度103 m。418工作面设计采用8 m的小煤柱,在工作面掘进前必须对两侧采空积水进行提前疏放,以防止发生水害事故。考虑到该区域为向斜构造,且418工作面中部位于向斜核部位置,创新性地在418工作面中间施工专门疏放水巷道,在疏放水巷道向前延伸掘进过程中,在巷道中依次布置4个疏放点,两侧采空区施工钻孔对积水进行超前疏放,通过多孔监测采空区积水水位数据实时评价疏放效果,实现疏放巷道掘进、采空区积水疏放与418工作面顺槽施工同步进行,保证418工作面安全顺利开掘。The 418 working face of Chenjiashan Coal Mine is an island mining face, the goaf on both sides has been formed for more than 10 years, it is estimated that the total amount of water accumulation is 6.7×10^(5) m^(3),and the maximum head height is 103 m.As the 418 working face is designed with 8 m wide small coal pillars, the water in the goaf on both sides must be drained in advance before the mining face is opened up to prevent water hazard accidents.Because the area is syncline structure, and the central part of 418 working face is located at the syncline core, a special roadway for water drainage is constructed in the middle of 418 working face innovatively.In the process of moving forward the roadway, 4 drainage points are arranged successively in the roadway, and drilling holes are constructed to the goaf on both sides from the drainage points to drain the water in the goaf.The effect of drainage is evaluated by multihole monitoring the real-time data of water level in goaf.The drainage water roadway excavation and water drainage in goaf are carried out synchronously with the mining roadway excavation of 418 working face, ensuring the safe and smooth excavation of 418 working face.
