摘 要:矿用机械中常用到湿式制动器的摩擦生热机理及热量传导理论,分析动片及静片摩擦生热机理,探究其能量转换关系。在制动器采用散热系统强制散热的情况下,对系统存在高压及散热流量不均问题进行分析,针对温度对湿式制动器性能的影响,设计一种节流分流阀控的制动器散热系统。该系统可以在保证制动器承压安全的前提下,对制动器进行强制散热,且保证每个制动器通过的流量分配均匀,同时运用AMESim仿真软件对所设计的散热系统进行仿真分析,仿真结果验证了设计的节流分流阀控的制动器散热系统的正确性,有效地解决制动器高温的问题。The friction heat generation mechanism and heat conduction theory of wet brakes commonly used in mining machinery, analyzes the friction heat generation mechanism of the moving and static plates, and explores the energy conversion relationship.When the brake adopts a heat dissipation system for forced heat dissipation, the system has high pressure and uneven heat dissipation flow problems.Aiming at the impact of temperature on the performance of wet brakes, a throttle and shunt valve control brake heat dissipation system is designed.Under the premise of this system ensuring the safety of the brake under pressure, the brake can be forced to dissipate heat, and the flow distribution of each brake can be ensured evenly.At the same time, the designed heat dissipation system is simulated and analyzed by AMESim simulation software, and the obtained simulation results verify the correctness of the designed throttling shunt valve-controlled brake heat dissipation system effectively solves the problem of brake high temperature.
