摘 要:为提高桑树坪二号井硬岩巷道的爆破掘进效率,对硬岩巷道的钻爆法优化方案进行分析。通过理论分析的方法,建立二阶二段复式楔形掏槽模型,对其爆破成腔过程进行讨论,并对楔形掏槽的槽腔进行受力分析。理论分析表明,在硬岩巷道爆破掘进中,多阶多段复式楔形掏槽爆破方式可以增大自由面,减小夹制作用,从而提高爆破效率。而经过优化后的现场试验结果也表明,岩巷爆破日掘进尺度由2.4 m提升到了4.8 m,爆破速度提高了2倍,巷道断面成型平整,能够满足矿井岩巷快速掘进的要求,同时也能为其他地质条件类似的爆破掘进工程提供技术指导。In order to improve the blasting excavation efficiency of hard rock roadway in No.2 well of Sangshuping Coal Mine,the optimization scheme of drilling and blasting method for hard rock roadway is analyzed.Based on the theoretical analysis method,the second order and second segment compound wedge slotting model is established,the process of its blasting cavity is discussed,and the stress analysis of the wedge slotting cavity is carried out.Theoretical analysis shows that in hard rock roadway blasting excavation,multi-order and multi-stage compound wedge slotting blasting can increase the free surface,reduce the clamping effect,and improve the blasting efficiency.The optimized field test results also show that the daily excavation scale of rock roadway blasting has been increased from 2.4 m to 4.8 m,the blasting speed has been increased by 2 times,and the roadway section has been formed and flat,which can meet the requirements of rapid excavation of mine rock roadway,and also provide technical guidance for other blasting excavation projects with similar geological conditions.
