火力发电厂几种封闭式煤场形式的比较

摘　　要：国内燃煤电厂投入运行较多的全封闭式煤场主要有圆形煤场、条形煤场、干煤棚等。结合中化泉州项目储煤现状,以扩建10万t储量的煤场为例,对3种储煤场形式做技术经济比较。封闭式圆形煤场单位面积储煤较多、占地少、自动化程度高、外形美观,但储存高挥发分煤时,容易自燃,消防较难处理,堆取料机无备用设施,无分堆堆放和翻晒晾干功能;封闭式条形煤场虽能分料堆放,但占地面积大,斗轮堆取料机不能同时进出料,也无法实现翻晒晾干控水功能;考虑项目来煤较黏,气候多雨,煤场需翻晾控水等多方面因素,推荐采用封闭式干煤棚方案。Domestic coal-fired power plants have been put into operation for a large number of fully enclosed coal yards,mainly including circular coal yards,strip coal yards,dry coal sheds,etc.In combination with the coal storage status of Sinochem Quanzhou project,taking the expansion of the coal yard with a reserve of 100000 tons as an example,the technical and economic comparison of the above three types of coal storage yards is made.The closed circular coal yard has more coal storage per unit area,less land occupation,high degree of automation and beautiful appearance,but when storing high volatile coal,it is prone to spontaneous combustion and difficult to deal with fire control,the stacker reclaimer has no standby facilities,and has no functions of stacking and drying separately;Although the closed strip coal yard can be stacked separately,it covers a large area,the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer can not feed and discharge materials at the same time,nor can it realize the function of turning,drying and water control;Considering that the incoming coal of the project is sticky,the climate is rainy,and the coal yard needs to be turned over for drying and water control,the closed dry coal shed scheme is recommended.
