摘  要:粮食输送设备装配式通廊采用工厂预制加工方式进行生产制造,施工现场采用螺栓拼接安装。由于输送设备的自身连接特点,装配式通廊的自身工作产生振动及所处自然环境承受横向风振等因素必然造成装配式通廊的螺栓连接处产生松动现象。除必要的安全维护和检查外,对粮食输送设备装配式通廊连接螺栓和设备固定支座的处理,是减少和避免螺栓松动、提高通廊结构安全的必要手段。在不同的设备使用条件下,采用差别的处理方式对减小通廊横向循环荷载和螺栓自身防松脱十分必要,同时,分析结果可提供不同使用状况时装配式通廊紧固螺栓防松处理的优化方案。The fabricated corridor of grain conveying equipment is manufactured by factory prefabrication,and the construction site is installed by bolt splicing.Due to the self connection characteristics of the conveying equipment,the vibration caused by the self work of the fabricated corridor and the lateral wind vibration of the natural environment will inevitably cause the looseness of the bolted connection of the fabricated corridor.In addition to the necessary safety maintenance and inspection,our treatment of the connecting bolts of the fabricated corridor of the grain conveying equipment and the fixed supports of the equipment is a necessary means to reduce and avoid the looseness of the bolts and improve the structural safety of the corridor.It is necessary to adopt different treatment methods under different equipment use conditions to reduce the transverse cyclic load of the corridor and prevent the looseness of the bolts themselves.At the same time,the analysis results can provide an optimal scheme for the anti looseness treatment of the fastening bolts of the fabricated corridor under different service conditions.
