摘　　要：翻箱器在岸边通过大料斗直接进行散货市提装箱作业,多是基于集装箱装满物料后,利用人工进行手动开关箱门,整个过程费时费力且人员安全得不到保障。研究采用一种新型集装箱自动开关箱门系统,不再需要由工人登高手动开关箱门,既保障了作业安全,又提升了作业效率,全程借助信息化监控设备,实现市提作业流程标准化、快速化。The container dumper directly carries out the bulk cargo lifting and packing operation on the bank through the large hopper.Most of the operations are based on the manual opening and closing of the container door after the container is filled with materials.The whole process is time-consuming and laborious,and the safety of personnel can not be guaranteed.The research adopts a new type of automatic container door opening and closing system,which eliminates the need for workers to manually open and close the door,ensures the operation safety and improves the operation efficiency.With the help of information monitoring equipment throughout the process,standardization and rapidity of operation process of the city is realized.
