摘　　要：薛讷以门荫入仕,在中宗和睿宗朝久戍边关,其后在开元初年入相。薛讷入相看似只是玄宗刚即位夸威四方的手段,但实质是玄宗为巩固自己的统治,消除对于自身皇权的威胁,采取改革宰相制度,创建新的宰相形式,将相权与兵权进一步控制在自己手中的表现。经过此次的改革,玄宗选择贤良,从姚崇、宋璟到张九龄等,共同开创了开元、天宝盛世。Xue Ne became an official with the help of Menyin(obtaining the preliminary qualification to be an official by virtue of the position of the father and ancestor).He stationed at the border in the Zhongzong and Ruizong dynasties for a long time,and then became a prime minister in the early years of Kaiyuan.Xue Ne’s entry into the prime minister seemed to be a means of Xuanzong’s new accession to the throne to show momentum,but the essence was the performance of Xuanzong’s reform of the prime minister system,the creation of a new form of prime minister,and the further control of the prime minister’s power and military power in his own hands in order to consolidate his rule and eliminate the threat to his imperial power.After this reform,Xuanzong chose the virtuous officials,from Yao Chong,Song Jing to Zhang Jiuling,and jointly created the prosperous era of Kaiyuan and Tianbao.
