民法典时代诚信融入法治政府建设研究

摘　　要：依托公私法逐步融合的新时代,通过探寻政府诚信建设的基本方向,推动构建民法典时代的政府守信践诺机制,并从思想观念、制度机制和信息技术等方面逐步推进和深入政府诚信建设,以期实现法治国家、法治政府、法治社会一体化建设的法治建设远景目标。Relying on the new era of gradual integration of public and private laws,by exploring the basic direction of the construction of government integrity,the construction of the government’s trustworthiness and commitment mechanism needs to be promoted in the era of civil code.And the construction of government integrity should be gradually promoted and deepened from the aspects of ideology,institutional mechanism and information technology to realize the long-term goal of the construction in the integration of the rule of law country,the rule of law government and the rule of law society.
