摘 要:目的:探讨广州地区慢性肾衰竭患者HLA-A、B、DR抗原位点的频率分布特征。方法:收集2020年9月-2021年8月在广东省中医院就诊的尿毒症患者共231例,利用序列特异性引物聚合酶链反应扩增技术(SSP-PCR)检测HLA-A、B、DR抗原位点。结果:HLA-A抗原共出现16种,出现频率较高的分别是A*11(33.98%),A*02(30.74%),A*24(16.88%)。HLA-B共出现22抗原,其中B*40(24.75%),B*46(16.83%),B*15(13.61%)分布频率最高。HLA-DR抗原共出现13种,其中出现频率较高的分别为DRB1*04(17.74%)、DRB1*12(16.45%)、DRB1*15(13.41%)、DRB1*09(12.12%)。结论:本地区慢性肾衰竭患者中,HLA基因分布具有明显地域特征,A*11、B*40、DRB1*04为分布频率最高的抗原位点。Objective:To analyze the distribution frequency of HLA(human leukocyte antigen)-A,B and DR antigens in patients with chronic renal failure in Guangzhou.Methods:A total of 231 uremic patients treated in Guangdong traditional Chinese medicine hospital from September 2020 to August 2021 were collected.HLA-A,B and DR antigen sites were detected by sequence specific primer polymerase chain reaction amplification(SSP-PCR).Results:Sixteen kinds of HLA-A antigens were detected,the genetic frequencies of A*11(33.98%),A*02(30.74%)and A*24(16.88%)were predominant.There were 17 antigens in HLA-B,of which B*40(24.75%),B*46(16.83%)and B*15(13.62%)had a higher distribution frequency.There were 13 HLA-DR antigens,of which the higher frequencies were DRB1*04(17.74%),DRB1*12(16.45%),DRB1*15(13.41%)and DRB1*09(12.12%).Conclusion:HLA gene distribution has obvious regional characteristics in patients with chronic renal failure in this region.A*11,B*40 and DRB1*04 are the antigen sites with the highest distribution frequency.
