摘　　要：目的 观察现代艾灸疗法治疗肺癌患者化疗后消化道反应临床疗效。方法 将138例肺癌患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组70例和对照组68例,观察其消化道反应的发生及生存质量变化。结果 化疗24 h内恶心呕吐发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。化疗后1~7 d内恶心呕吐发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后FACT-L比较,治疗组各领域评分与对照组相比有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组患者治疗后在生理、情感、功能及附加关注领域均有升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 艾灸疗法可有效缓解肺癌患者化疗后消化道反应,改善患者生存质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of modern moxibustion therapy on gastrointestinal response after chemotherapy in patients with lung cancer.Methods 138 lung cancer patients were divided into treatment group(n=70) and control group(n=68) according to random number table method,and the occurrence of digestive tract reaction and quality of life were observed.Results The incidence of nausea and vomiting within 24 h of chemotherapy was the treatment group and the control group,with no statistical significance(P>0.05).The incidence of nausea and vomiting within 1 to 7 days after chemotherapy with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After FACT-L treatment,scores in various fields in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were significant increases in physiology,emotion,function and additional areas of concern in 2 groups before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Moxibustion therapy can effectively relieve gastrointestinal reaction of lung cancer patients after chemotherapy and improve their quality of life.
