周氏健脾养胃散治疗功能性消化不良临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察周氏健脾养胃散治疗功能性消化不良(Functional dyspepsia,FD)的临床疗效。方法 将150例患者随机分为中药组(予周氏健脾养胃散)、西药组(予莫沙必利)及联合治疗组(予周氏健脾养胃散+莫沙必利),每组50例,疗程均为4周。观察并比较3组治疗前后症状疗效、中医证候疗效及生活质量。结果 治疗后,3组症状疗效、中医证候疗效及生活质量均得到改善(P<0.05);在症状疗效、中医证候疗效方面及生活质量评定中的生理、心理领域,中药组、联合治疗组均优于西药组(P<0.05)。治疗期间,3组均未见不良反应。结论 周氏健脾养胃散单独使用或联合西药莫沙必利可改善FD症状疗效、中医证候疗效,以及改善心理和生理领域方面的生活质量,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhou’s Jianpi Yangwei powder in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods 150 patients were randomly divided into Chinese medicine group(Zhou’s Jianpi Yangwei powder),western medicine group(mosapride) and combined treatment group(Zhou’s Jianpi Yangwei powder and mosapride),with 50 cases in each group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The symptom efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom efficacy and quality of life of the three groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the symptom efficacy,TCM syndrome curative effect and quality of life of the three groups were improved(P<0.05).In terms of symptom curative effect,TCM syndrome curative effect,and psychological and psychological fields in the evaluation of quality of life,the Chinese medicine group and combined treatment group were better than the western medicine group(P<0.05).During the treatment,no adverse reactions were found in the three groups.Conclusion Zhou’s Jianpi Yangwei powder alone or combined with western medicine mosapride can improve the symptom efficacy and TCM syndrome curative effect of FD,and improve the quality of life in psychological and physiological fields,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
