摘　　要：金钱草为治疗胆石症常用中药,具有利湿退黄、利胆排石、清热解毒、散瘀消肿之功效。现代研究表明,其具有利胆排石、抑制结石形成、抗炎镇痛等作用,其组方制剂在临床上被广泛应用,临床疗效得到肯定。此文通过查阅中医经典古籍,参考现代实验数据、临床研究,结合姚成礼主任在胆石症治疗中使用金钱草的经验进行总结,可供临床中医治疗胆石症参考。Lysimachia christinae is a commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of gall diseases.It has the effects of promoting dampness and yellowing,promoting gallbladder and expelling stones,clearing heat and detoxification,dispersing blood stasis and detumescence.Modern research shows that it has the effects of benefiting gallbladder and expelling stones,inhibiting stone formation,anti-inflammatory and analgesic.Its prescription preparation is widely used in clinic and its clinical curative effect is affirmed.This paper summarizes the experience of using Lysimachia christinae in the treatment of gall diseases by consulting classical ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,referring to modern experimental data and clinical research,combined with director Yao Chengli’s experience in the treatment of gall diseases,which can be used as a reference for clinical traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of gall diseases.
