桑螵蛸散联合穴位埋线治疗脾肾阳虚型原发性遗尿症临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨桑螵蛸散化裁方联合穴位埋线治疗脾肾阳虚型原发性遗尿症的临床疗效。方法 选取脾肾阳虚型原发性PNE患儿66例。按照随机数字表法将患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各33例。观察组给予桑螵蛸散化裁方联合穴位埋线治疗;对照组给予醋酸去氨加压素联合赖氨葡锌口服液治疗。观察2组总有效率、血清抗利尿激素(ADH)水平、微量元素锌水平、不良反应以及治疗后复发情况。结果 观察组总有效率、血清ADH显著高于对照组;观察组血清锌水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义;观察组不良反应率、复发率均显著低于对照组。结论 桑螵蛸散化裁方联合穴位埋线治疗脾肾阳虚型原发性遗尿症疗效确切,较单纯使用西药不良反应率和复发率低,值得临床应用和推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sangpiaoxiao powder modified prescription combined with acupoints catgut embedding in the treatment of primary nocturnal enuresis(PNE) children with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods 66 PNE children with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 33 cases in each group.The observation group children were treated with Sangpiaoxiao powder modified prescription combined with acupoints catgut embedding.The control group were treated with Desmopressin acetate tablets combined with Lysine Zinc gluconate.The clinic effect,serum antidiuretic hormone(ADH) and zinc levels were compared as well as adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence after treatment.Results The total effective rate and serum ADH in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group.There was no significant difference in serum zinc level between the observation group and the control group.The rate of adverse reaction and recurrence in observation group were significantly lower than that in control group.Conclusion Sangpiaoxiao powder modified prescription combined with acupoints catgut embedding in the treatment of PNE children with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney is accurate,has low recurrence and adverse reactions,and is worthy of clinical application.
