生化汤对流产后患者子宫内膜厚度及宫内组织残留的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析生化汤加减对流产后患者子宫内膜厚度和宫内组织残留的影响。方法 选取2017年11月—2020年3月院内流产患者50例,按随机数字表法分为中西结合组(25例)与西医组(25例),均行人工流产,西医组采用屈螺酮炔雌醇片,中西结合组在西医组基础上采用生化汤加减。对比2组宫内组织残留率、恢复情况和治疗前后子宫内膜厚度。结果 中西结合组宫内组织残留率与西医组对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前相比,2组治疗后子宫内膜厚度均增厚,且中西结合组较西医组厚(P<0.05);中西结合组阴道出血持续时间、月经复潮、排卵恢复时间较西医组短(P<0.05)。结论 生化汤加减应用于流产后患者中,未发生宫内组织残留,并可改善子宫内膜厚度,缩短阴道流血时间,促使月经复潮、恢复排卵。Objective To analyze the effect of modified Shenghua decoction on endometrial thickness and intrauterine tissue residue after abortion.Methods 50 cases of abortion patients in our hospital from November 2017 to March 2020 were selected.They were divided into combined group(n=25) and western medicine group(n=25).The western medicine group used the triptone acetylene estradiol tablet,and the combined group used modified Shenghua decoction on the basis of the western medicine group.The residual rate,recovery and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the combined group and western group(P>0.05).Compared to pre-treatment,after treatment,the endometrial thickness of both groups was thickened,and that of the combined group was thicker than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).The vaginal bleeding duration,menstruation,ovulation recovery time of the combined group was shorter than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Compared to pre-treatment,after treatment,the PSV and PI index of both groups decreased,and that of the combined group was lower than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Shenghua decoction can be used in post-abortion patients,no intrauterine tissue residue,and can improve endometrial thickness,shorten vaginal bleeding,promote menstruation and recovery ovulation.
