针刺手三里足三里建里组穴治疗脾胃虚弱型痞满临床观察

摘　　要：目的 分析针刺手三里、足三里、建里组穴对于治疗脾胃虚弱型痞满患者的临床效果。方法 纳入2019年9月—2021年9月在北京市西城区什刹海社区卫生服务中心就诊的60例痞满属脾胃虚弱证的患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将患者分为2组各30例。其中30例患者采用补中益气颗粒治疗作为对照组;另30例患者采用针灸手三里、足三里、建里组穴治疗作为观察组。观察2组患者的中医症状评分、症状缓解情况、不良反应情况以及临床疗效。结果 治疗后观察组主症评分和次症评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组临床症状缓解率高于对照组,临床症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针刺手三里、足三里、建里组穴治疗脾胃虚弱型痞满患者效果较好,能明显缓解患者临床症状,缩短症状缓解时间,中医症状评分明显降低,且不会增加不良反应的发生,安全性高,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of acupuncture at Shousanli(LI10),Zusanli(ST36) and Jianli(RN11) in treating epigastric fullness of deficiency of spleen and stomach.Methods 60 epigastric fullness of deficiency of spleen and stomach patients treated from September 2019 to September 2021 in Shichahai Community Health Service Center of Xicheng District were chosen as research subjects.According to random number table,30 cases of taking Buzhong Yiqi granules were set as control group.30 cases of taking Shousanli(LI10),Zusanli(ST36) and Jianli(RN11) acupuncture were set as observation group.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) symptom scores,symptom relief conditions,adverse drug reactions and therapeutic effects were expounded.Results After treatment,the primary symptom and secondary symptom scores in the observation group were lower than control group,and there had statistically significant difference(P0.05).The total effective treatment rate in the observation group was higher than control group,and there had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Shousanli,Shousanli(LI10),Zusanli(ST36) and Jianli(RN11) acupuncture can increase the treatment effects and safety,and reduce the clinical symptoms,symptom relief time,TCM symptom scores and produce less impact on the adverse drug reactions.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
