参芪地黄汤平调阴阳论治气阴两虚型代谢综合征

摘　　要：代谢综合征(Metabolic Syndrome,MS)是以中枢性肥胖,原发性高血压,高血糖,血脂异常等为主要症状的神经-内分泌-免疫自稳态网络多系统紊乱的代谢类疾病,属于中医的“阴阳失和”。《黄帝内经》认为“阴平阳秘”是机体健康的最佳状态,而阴阳不和则百病丛生。此文基于“阴平阳秘”思维,从代谢综合征的中医病名归属,气阴两虚型代谢综合征的病因病机分析,“阴平阳秘”对气阴两虚型MS治疗的理论基础,临证实践案例选方分析等方面,探讨参芪地黄汤为基础方加减治疗气阴两虚型代谢综合征的证治机制,以期为代谢综合征的临床治疗提供一定的理论基础。Metabolic syndrome(MS) is a metabolic disease with multi system disorder of neuroendocrine immune homeostasis network with central obesity,hypertension,hyperglycemia and dyslipidemia as the main symptoms.It belongs to the “yin-yang disharmony” in traditional Chinese medicine.Huangdi Neijing holds that “relative equilibrium of yin-yang” is the best state of body health,and the disharmony between yin and yang is full of diseases.Based on the thinking of “relative equilibrium of yin-yang”,this paper analyzed the traditional Chinese medicine name of metabolic syndrome,the etiology and pathogenesis of metabolic syndrome with deficiency of both qi and yin,the theoretical basis of “relative equilibrium of yin-yang” in the treatment of MS with deficiency of both qi and yin,and the selection and analysis of clinical practice cases,etc.,and discussed the mechanism of modified Shenqi Dihuang decoction in the treatment of MS with deficiency of both qi and yin,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of MS.
